Hardware for Front Folding Wall Bed with Desk

This complete hardware set is specially developed for front-folding wall beds integrated with a writing desk, realizing the integrated conversion of wall bed and study desk. When the bed is folded up against the wall, a flat desktop is automatically presented for office and study use; when unfolded, it turns into a comfortable sleeping bed.

The whole set consists of heavy-duty gas struts, reinforced metal connecting brackets, synchronous linkage hinges, balance torsion assemblies and silent buffer devices. All metal parts are stamped from thickened cold-rolled steel, with multi-layer electrostatic anti-rust spraying treatment, wear-resistant, moisture-proof and high load-bearing, adapting to long-term frequent switching between desk and bed modes.

The built-in synchronous linkage structure ensures balanced lifting on both sides without tilting. The silent gas spring buffer system controls the folding and unfolding speed stably, avoiding sudden dropping or slamming, greatly improving safety. All edges are deburred and rounded to prevent scratches during installation.
