This universal gas strut bracket is core connecting hardware for pneumatic storage bed frames, serving as the fixed fixture between gas lift struts, bed main frame and flip bed panel. It bears the tension of gas springs to realize labor-saving tilting and lifting of storage bed boards.
It is integrally stamped from thickened cold-rolled steel plate with optional reinforcing rib structures, featuring high hardness, strong anti-bending and anti-torsion performance. The surface adopts eco-friendly electrostatic anti-rust spraying, scratch-resistant, rust-proof and durable after thousands of opening & closing cycles.
Precision pre-punched standard mounting holes fit most conventional gas strut connectors and bed frame steel tubes, allowing fast screw installation without secondary drilling. Optimized force-bearing angle evenly disperses the pulling force of pneumatic rods, effectively avoiding bracket deformation, loose screws and bed panel shaking during repeated lifting.
