Made of thick cold-rolled steel by integrated stamping molding, with reinforced bending structure to boost load-bearing capacity and anti-deformation performance. The surface adopts environmental electrostatic rust-proof spray coating, wear-resistant, moisture-proof and long service life under frequent opening and closing.
Precision pre-punched standard mounting holes perfectly fit regular gas strut connectors and bed frame steel tubes, easy to align and lock with screws during assembly. Reasonable stress-bearing design evenly disperses the pulling force of pneumatic rods, effectively avoiding bracket bending, loose screws and bed board shaking after long-term repeated use.
All edges are fully deburred and polished smoothly to prevent scratching workers during installation. We have multiple models (Model 1–7) for slim, standard, heavy-duty, single/double/king size storage beds. Custom sizes, bulk wholesale and OEM services are available for furniture factories.
