Gas Strut Bracket 7 is a heavy-duty dual-point fixed hardware designed for extra large and thickened storage bed frames, connecting gas lift struts and bed turnover panels to bear huge tension when lifting full-size storage bedboards.
It is integrally stamped from extra thick cold-rolled steel sheet with double reinforcing folded edges, much stronger in anti-bending and anti-torsion performance than conventional single-hole brackets. The surface adopts environmental electrostatic anti-rust spray coating, wear-resistant, anti-rust and durable after tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles.
Two groups of standard mounting holes are pre-punched for dual-point locking, which greatly reduces the risk of screw loosening caused by long-term vibration. The optimized right-angle stress structure evenly disperses the pulling force of pneumatic rods, effectively avoiding bracket deformation, unstable connection and bed shaking during lifting.
All edges are fully deburred and finely polished to prevent scratches during installation. This bracket fits king-size, oversized heavy pneumatic storage bed frames equipped with high-load gas struts. Bulk wholesale and OEM customized stamping sizes are available for furniture manufacturers.
