Made of thickened cold-rolled steel sheet by one-piece stamping forming, this bracket features a compact bent structure, which occupies less installation space compared with bracket 1/2/3, making it suitable for narrow frame bed models with limited internal space. The surface is treated with eco-friendly electrostatic anti-rust spraying, scratch-resistant, rust-proof and durable under daily frequent opening and closing.
Standard positioning mounting holes are precisely punched, perfectly matching conventional gas strut end fittings and thin steel tube bed frames, realizing quick screw fixing without drilling adjustment. Reasonable stress bearing angle can evenly disperse the pulling force of pneumatic rods, preventing bending deformation and loose connectors after long-term repeated use.
